Refund Policy
A full refund will be issued if:
1. A program or event is canceled by the Recreation Department for insufficient enrollment. Monson Parks & Recreation will notify all registrants via e-mail of a program cancellation. They may request a refund or chose a different program if one is available,
2. If the cancellation is made before the registration deadline (excluding programs that are dependent on minimum enrollment)
No refund will be issued:
1. Once a class, program, or event has ended.
2. If it is a program that is requires a minimum enrollment.
A partial refund may be requested after the registration deadline and will be determined on a case by case basis after the registration deadline.
Refunds must be requested in writing. A check will be issued and mailed to the original registrant and could take 4-6 weeks to process from the date the refund request.
